Arrowhead is a neighborhood in southwest Greeley that has been there quite awhile.   It used to be considered out of town, but as Evans and Greeley have expanded over the years it doesn't seem that far out of town.  It features small acreages from  1/2 an acre to 3 acres.  The homes in this area vary in age and style.  It's permissable in this subdivision to have animals as well.  One of the features of this neighborhood is non potable water that can be leased every year from the HOA.  There also is a riding trail for those that own horses.  During the last couple of years only about 5 homes have been sold in this neighborhood.  There are currently some on the market as well.  The price range that properties are valued in this neighborhood are from about $250,000 all the way to $1,000,000.  There isn't very many neighborhoods like this one in Northern Colorado.
