Countryclub West Subdivision was one of the first subdivisions really to grow during the last real estate boom in Greeley Colorado.  It was at one time not to long ago considered the far west of Greeley Colorado.  Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built around. 1999.  There is a mix of the types of homes in this neighborhood.  From ranch style to 2 story homes.  There hasn't been all that many foreclosures in this neighborhood to drive down the market value as in some other neighborhoods in Greeley Colorado.  Country Club West is very close to some of Greeley's newest developments and attractions like Family Fun Plex.  It is also very close to AIMS community college.    There is also going to be a new King Soopers grocery store built very near here as well.
