Gateway Lakes and Gateway Lakes Estates is located off of US 34 and 47th Ave on the southeast side of this intersection. This subdivision has a variety of sizes, styles of homes. Gateway Lakes Estates has been particularly hard recent with foreclosures due to much mortgage fraud. Homes that originally sold for $210,00 sell for as little as $135,000. Gateway Lakes has been a little better, but not by much as the name itself doesn't lend to good thoughts about this subdivision. The homes in this subdivision are fairly nice newer construction and there is nothing wrong with them for the most part. In the future this subdivision will probably start gaining in value more then most other Greeley Colorado subdivisions due to the good location it in. Check out the current listings below.
